EPD Polska Programme — Rules & Verification
Environmental and carbon footprint declarations are prepared, independently verified and published according to documented rules. This is the basis on which our certificates are issued.

Declarations are prepared and verified to: ISO 14025 · EN 15804+A2 · ISO 14040/44 · ISO 14067 · ISO 14064-3 · ISO/TS 14071 (critical review).
Every declaration follows the same documented path — from scoping to publication and monitoring.
Product class and the applicable Product Category Rules (PCR) are defined.
Primary production data is gathered and screened for completeness and quality.
The footprint is prepared and documented according to programme rules.
A third party audits the data and calculations to ISO 14064-3. Preparer ≠ verifier.
Registered and published in the public register, with a QR-verifiable entry.
Re-verification on any significant change to the product or its data.
Verifier competence & impartiality — verifiers meet documented competence requirements, and preparation is always separated from verification.
Product Category Rules are developed with stakeholders and critical review (ISO/TS 14071). Confidentiality of client data is maintained, with verification records retained. Complaints & appeals are handled by an independent committee.
A standalone product carbon footprint is quantified to ISO 14067 and independently verified to ISO 14064-3, under the same governance. It is issued in the framework your buyer reports under — ISO 14067, GHG Protocol, PEF or as an EPD. See Product Carbon Footprint for sample documents and the calculation template.
Voluntary verification under the EPD Polska programme. This is the documented methodological basis on which certificates are issued — not a claim of national accreditation or of a specific country's mandatory scheme. Full programme documents (General Programme Instructions, PCR, verifier requirements) are available on request.
